The use of herbal medicines for the treatment of various diseases has become very common. One of these compounds is silibinin. Silimarin and its major compound silibinin is extracts Flavonoidi of medicinal plant Silybum Mariana that is traditionally used in the treatment of liver diseases. To improve the performance of the drug and its targeted various methods have been used a new drug delivery system is that the nano-niosomation of the drug delivery system new to the vesicles noisome the microscopic structure of two layers. Nano Niosome are biocompatible, biodegradable, have low toxicity and flexible degree. The method used in this research for noisomations drug is reversed-phase method in which the non-ionic surfactants Tween80, Span20 is used. After preparation the new drug formulation, particle size and shape in different modes using SEM microscopy and zeta-sizer device were examined. Release of trapped drug, stability and load were calculated. The results showed that the niosomation silibinin was stable for a month. The effect of encapsulation was in the acceptable range. The confirmation of the maximum niosomation of the drug.
