چکیده :

The production of live food for feeding of larval marine fishes can constitute a significant portion of total fry culturing costs. Therefore, the use from formulated diet is necessary for reduced coasts and enhanced on larval culture efficiency. Triplicate groups of 139.4 ± 15.0 mg (mean ± S.D) larvae Persian sturgeon Acipenser persicus were reared for four weeks on one of five treatments: a live diet consisting solely of Artemia, two formulated diets (ISRI; Coppens), two combined diets consisting ISRI plus 'bionic' and Coppens plus Artemia. The final weights of juveniles were 250.3 ± 15.0 mg in the control and ranged from 490.0 ± 17.1 mg to 535.3 ± 15.5 mg and 296.0-± 7.5 mg and 309.0 + 10.4 mg in treatments C combined diet (ISRI + Artemia), D co-diet (Coppens + Artemia), A prepared diet (ISRI) and B prepared diet (Coppens), respectively. Feeding Co-diets significantly enhanced growth of larvae, but survival at 28 days was lower in treatment groups, compared with control. Overall, the results of this study indicated that the high potential of the combined diets for hatchery rearing of the Persian sturgeon larvae.
