Water and Gas Treatment by Using Pulsed Corona Discharge Technique

High power pulsed corona is a promising type of high-voltage discharge that can be well controlled and that has interesting environmental applications. With pulsed corona discharges that generated by pulsed power generator, energy is deposited in a gas or in a liquid in a highly concentrated form. In this paper we aim to discuss the pulsed corona discharge as an effective technique in water and gas treatment based on some related researches which investigate various aspects of water and gas cleaning using this technique. So the methodology used in this paper is descriptive, library and analytical. The descriptive aspect of this paper is based on identification and definitions and its required materials and information have been complied using related scientific papers.
