Evaluation of measure fin fungal infection and skin Lucioperca in Aras Dam Lake

Objectives: Lucioperca is a very militancy hunter . Intensive farming is not suitable for this fish and therefore should keep them only in natural waters and farms . Per Lucioperca that inters into fish ponds create many casualties. It should be noted that working with these fish requires a lot of care . The aim of this study is to evaluate the fin fungal infection and skin Lucioperca in aras dam lake. Materials &methods: Review within one month of visiting Aras dam lake for fishing Lucloperca,90 fish were sampled for cultivation ,the sabord dextrose agar medium was used for sampling fins and skins of fish samples.After the culcure in the mentioned medium ,plantes were placed in 23 to 25 0c for 15 days and after the period fungal colonies were created and microscopic slides were prepared faccurate diagnosis. Results & conclusion : from a total180 samples (90 samples of fin and 90 samples of skin )54 samples from skin and 28 samples from fin to fungus candida albicans,24 samples from skin , 32 samples of fin to fungus Geotirychum, 10 samples from skin and 14 samples of fin were infected with fungus Rodotrola. Economic and industrial growth and fishing in the seas and water resources and thus decreasing the waters was followed. Therefore to achieve equality with the demand and production appropriate utilization of reserves, is not a part of remedy to the aquaculture environment control and reproduction of fish stocks to rebuild and release resources. In this research opportunistic fungus was found and disease effects on the problems in the process decreased immune defense against pathogens that have been due to lack of attention of managerial factors.
