Identiffication of bacterial factors separated from lung- liver abscessesn of sheep inurmia industrial

Objectives: lung -liver abscesses are chronic purulent information locating in the lungs and liver .500 lungs and 430 livers were inspected to find the abscesses and the bacterial factor causing them. Materials&Methods: After observing the abscesses , the information about the animal(age,sex) particulars of the abscesses ( number, size,location) were recorded and then completely cut out and sent back to the microbiology lab for bacterial culturing Results& conclusion: Out of 500 inspected lungs 7 lungs had abscesses .3 cases had 1 abscesses (42.58%) and 4 cases had two abscesses or more (57.14)The bacteria separated from the abscesses were pasturella (42.85%), corinaebacterium (28,57%), E.coli(14.28%), and staphylococcus (14.28%), and from 430 liver samples 33 cases had abscesses (78.78%), had one abscessesand 21.21%had two or more abscesses.
