چکیده :

Background: Cardiac intensive care unit suitable environment for the treatment of heart disease and the risk caused from MI. This study aimed to investigating the rate of achievements to sector indices in cardiac intensive care unit of dezful large hospital in the first six months in 2015. Materials and Methods: This descriptive study by using medical records of all patients admitted to cardiac intensive care unit of large hospital of dezful from April to September of 2015 was performed. Collecting data by using check list includes Indicators the number of cases of heart attack, falling out of bed, and successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and patients less than 40 years was performed. Results: In this period 893 patients were hospitalized in the cardiac intensive care unit. The number of heart attack cases 142 cases (15.9%) reported that the largest number in the month of April with 33 cases (23.2%) were reported. Falling out of bed index in the range of 2 cases (0.2%) occurred in May and June. The total number of CPR in this ward in the six-month period, 41 cases of which 30 cases (73.1%) was listed succeed. The highest and lowest percentage of successfully revived in May and August with 87.5 and 57.1 percent, respectively. Patients under 40 years of which 63 (7.05%) were the most prevalent in the months of July and August were 23.8 and 20.6 percent respectively. Conclusions: The results show that the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation is higher than other studies. Statistics of hospitalized patients less than 40 years in the summer, probably because of the heat and aggravate them in this weather is looking to increase metabolism and activity. Also low percentage falling out of bed index in this ward show the success of the cardiac intensive care nursing procedures and personnel involved in the investigation and prevention from the incident.
