As we speak about the complex noun phrases, we mean at least two words making a construction in which
the head is a noun or a nominal word. The head is an independent part whereas the others are the dependent
parts. They give more information about the head. Knowing the structure of these phrases is important. Complex
noun phrases are of three kinds in Azerbaijani language. Syntactical structure of these phrases in Azerbaijani
language is the matter of discussion in this paper
