The purpose of this study was to develop a strategy for the General Welfare Organization in Chaharmal and Bakhtiar Province that this organization succeeds correctly to achieve its purposes and performing mission. To developing strategy a comprehensive framework for strategy formulation is presented and used by R., David. To develop a mission statement a 9-item questions by R., David is designed and used. To obtain the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats the related questionnaire are analyzed and used to assess the internal and external factors from internal and external factors evaluation matrix and the SWOT matrix is used to compare the internal and external factors and QSPM matrix is used to decide and select the appropriate strategy for organization
