Present study is to examine and explain the features of readiness to implement knowledge management. Research methodology is a kind of descriptive -correlation research. Data collection instruments included two questionnaires, one questionnaire has been readiness to implement other aspects of knowledge management and the other one has been knowledge management assessment which made by the researcher.
In data analysis، we use t-test and Pearson's correlation coefficient for ranking the basic infrastructure of knowledge management in the company and for get to this goal we are using the Friedman test. According to research ,the readiness of the oil and gas exploitation company of Gachsaran to implement dimensions of organizational culture , human resource capabilities , change management, organizational structure , ,in the vision of research community has been in a moderate level.. Between indicators of readiness knowledge management for implementing in the oil and gas exploitation company of Gachsaran, change management with an average of 98/4 have the highest average and then corporate culture, organizational structure, IT infrastructure capabilities staffing are factors affecting the company
