Role of Entrepreneurs Individual Specifications on Establishment of Small and Medium Enterprises in Mazandaran Province

Three important causes of attention to entrepreneurship are creating wealth, productive employment and technology development, and it is believed that it is required happening an entrepreneurship revolution in societies. The goal of this research is investigation of six individual specifications role of effective on establishment of Small and Medium Enterprises in Mazandaran Province. The statistical population and sample were 1511 and 291 entrepreneur according to Global Entrepreneurship Monitoring definition. Data collection instruments was Questionnaire includes some standard questions with reliability of 0.84, The results states that, these six individual variables were explained establishment of Small And Medium Enterprises, and everyone were affected on above process both direct, indirect and also interactionally. Based on, as direct affecting, Perseverance variable(0.82) affects on Independent Entrepreneurship Process more than others, and from this view, variables of Creativity and Innovation(0.72), Risk Taking(0.59), Working Independently(0.54), Internal Control(0.28), and after all, Learning Spirit(0.44) were in next rating, respectively. Finally, it is concluded remarks that for promotion of establishment of Small And Medium Enterprises, managers of province how should attend to these variables.
