چکیده :

An analysis of the labor market of the Islamic Republic of Iran has shown that there are many problems in the area of employment. In Iran on employment affects the high unemployment rate, the relative passivity of women, the lack of communication between the labor market and the education system that are characteristic of Iranian society. Relationship between employment and human capital potential favorable conditions also suggest that the current state of the education system, there is a paradox. The analysis shows that in many public policy in this area is not coordinated with the goals and objectives of reproduction and effective use of human capital. Quality of education as an important element of human capital according to the requirements of the labor market has not been given special attention.
