Creating optimal links among the hardware components in areas such as computer networks, digital circuits designing and VLSI technology is of great importance. Such a creation can be modeled, using Travelling Salesperson Problem. Meanwhile, a variety of methods have been proposed for purpose of finding the optimal response. Particle Swarm method, among the others, was a method proposed to tackle the same problem. This study aims to find a way for accessing the optimal connection network, using the Particle Swarm for problems optimization as well as fuzzy theory for expanding the problem space into a fuzzy space as a more real space in the decisions. Having been tested on the random data, this method has proved to enjoy a relative algorithm in solving the problems.
