This paper presents a multi-criteria decision model for prioritization The use of Nano-technology applications in the food industry (Packaging, food safety, improve flavor and color).Nanotechnology is recognized such new issues in the world and the big change in technology, Expected future role of Product technology and design is widely and The existence of multiple criteria in prioritizing the use of Nano-technology applications in the food industry, it is a multi-criteria problem. Considering that decisions are generally based on mentally judgments of managers on the one hand and rapid development Nano-technology and food other hand, to consider the improvement of decision-making gray and fuzzy logic is used. For this purpose parameters were extracted by reviewing existing literature and expert opinion and based on a simple model of weighty gray with fuzzy weights were developed. Combination weights, the combination of several methods including: mentally judgments of managers, the theory of credibility, fuzzy transparency average and the Shannon entropy .In this model, gray and fuzzy numbers are used and fuzzy numbers is a triangular. To test the feasibility of the model to prioritize the use of Nano-technology applications in the food industry, a actual case study was conducted at the Mahram Food Industries Company.
