چکیده :

One of the major challenges in today's organizations at various management levels is increasing organizational learning ability. In this regard, organizations that applied knowledge management in their key capability are significantly different from other organizations, including the changes are speed of processes, identification and adjustment to changes, growth of intellectual properties and sustainable competitive advantage through continuous innovation. This study used regression analysis to investigate the effect of knowledge management system on organizational learning in Iran Information Technology Organization given the importance of its sovereignty role in the management, support and regulation of matters relating to the security and development of information technology and its applications in the country and on the other hand, rapid changes in this field. The study statistical population was all the organization staff whose number is 400. 196 subjects were selected using random sampling method through Cochran formula. They answered questionnaires of using knowledge management system and organizational learning (Yu et al., 2013). SPSS was used for data analysis. Based on the findings, using knowledge management system has a significant positive impact on organizational learning in the studied organization and the higher the level of using knowledge management system in organizations, organization's ability to produce, learn and use new knowledge will be increased, consequently, it can contribute to success in its missions in long-term. At the same time, looking at knowledge management as a transient and short-term necessity can lead to the failure of its effective results
