The issue of lawsuit transformation, which is in a way referred to under Article 275 of Civil Procedure Act and Article 1326 of civil law, has no history in criminal law. Explaining how claims transformation occurs and it does not occur, and the methods to tackle this problem or the ways out of this problem, sometimes due to our own mistake, are the subject of this paper. Today the mere possession of a document or evidence is not conclusive argument for winning a lawsuit. As knowing about the techniques is needed for a legal fight, defending in every case and the methods of proving the claims and rights of someone commissioning all depend on knowing the specific techniques in terms of that subject and issues related to it. And certainly "a person who enters a fight called lawsuit without adequate information, must be perfectly aware of the ways by which they can prove their right, and this is his basic need. As it maybe, in the case of not knowing the right approach and attitude to dealing with and even fighting with, they may lose their real own right , and one of these solutions is the subject of this essay and article 275 of the Civil Procedure as well.
