In post modern industrial society, knowledge is a key source. Since, only some parts of knowledge become internal and the rest is done by people, then, against production activities, supervising and controlling scientific activities is too difficult. As other organizations, national petrochemical company confronts various conflicts in training and controlling knowledge. In this paper, beside to study barriers to achieve an implied knowledge, strategies to achieve an tacit knowledge and convert it to an organizational knowledge in mentioned company is reviewed, so applying this hidden resource, would be possible. In order to collect data based on learning-enrichment model which consists of seven components of learning by doing, simulation, essay writing, coaching, nurturing skills of knowledge`s creating and transmission, decision making based on modeling and profound learning through recognition learning methods, a questionnaire with 68 respondent were applied. An opinion polls was conducted on staff in management information and planning, research and development, general engineering and process engineering units as scientific staff, about approach tools to profound learning and intelligence kinds, too. The research`s result is to determine effectiveness degree of each seven components in learning enrichment model.
