چکیده :

This study was conducted to evaluate the relationship between competitiveness and Internet in the banking industry. The questionnaire was used to collect data. The questionnaires were distributed among 93 SAMAN Bank managers, clients and experts. In order to analyze the data and present the results of SPSS software and structural equation is utilized. The results of this study indicate that the Internet and the Competitiveness (Competition among providers, Bargaining power of customers, Bargaining power of suppliers, Starting a business, The threat of substitutes) based on statistical correlation have been made accordingly, all the hypothesis in the research that indicates a significant relationship between the Internet and the competitiveness component is approved.
