چکیده :

The aim of this study is to review of efficacy (impact) of choosing the correct employees on effectiveness development in Refah chain store, Qazvin province (Iran). In order to this, choosing the correct employees is defined base on human resources of Refah chain store attraction standard and effectiveness development base on order theory of chaos by Norton and Kaplan 1996.the statistical community of this study are the case s study store employees which their numbers are 117 people. The sample size is estimated used by Cochran’s formula, the sampling is randomized-classification ,information has been collected using by questionnaires, the questionnaire s results has been approved by Cronbach’s Alpha test for choosing the correct employees question and effectiveness development ,credited with 94%, 92% respectively. To test the research hypotheses ,we used of Pearson test and bi variable regression, the results indicated that choosing the correct employees cause effectiveness developments in Refah chain store.
