چکیده :

The aim of this study is that "specialized training and its role in organizational knowledge management in the Urmia city’s Telecom of Iran for 2010-2011 years". Research questions with regard to elements of organizational knowledge management (knowledge of leadership, knowledge of ports, knowledge-based culture, knowledge – based structure, knowledge resources and processes of knowledge), the employee development and practical applications of training have been reviewed. Research method was performed by using the combination approach (quantitative - qualitative). The results show that the private sector workforces are not under the Telecom training support. Public sector employees in this center over several years have been greatest courses in the job skills basis continually and regularly. as each of these courses have been practical applications in various career fields for employees. in relation to employee’s professional development, training programs and it’s applications are needed to upgrade .The Urmia Telecom Training Centre, despite having high-morale staff for share knowledge, apparently because of doesn’t effectively organizational support in knowledge management ground ,bodily has been unable to forming a appropriate action up to elements of organizational knowledge management in this company.
