چکیده :

Nowadays, organizations confront with new problems and finding an optimal solution for them are extremely complicated subsequently applying comprehensive and effective plan within as strategic plan are necessary for organizations. The requirements of the formulation and implementation of strategic plans in the organization is providing strategic thinking in managers. On the other hands, the role and impact of culture governing in organizations is not secret for the successful implementation of this strategic plan. The aim of this paper is to identify the role and the impact of organizational culture on the statements of strategic thinking in the General Directorate of Youth and Sport of South Khorasan. For this purpose, to review organizational culture Cameron and Quinn Model are adopted and to review strategic thinking Jin Lidka model has been used. The research methodology is descriptive and correlational. After collecting the data required by the questionnaire research, they were analyzed using SPSS software through statistical tests toolbox. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between organizational culture and strategic thinking in the General Directorate of Youth and Sport of South Khorasan. Moreover, the Person’s correlation test reveals that there is moderate and positive relationship between native cultures, market cultures and hierarchy culture of different organizational culture imposed by Cameron and Quinn Model with strategic thinking in the studied community.
