The Examination of the Relationship between Role Stress with Customer Orientation and Job Performance of Retail Salespeople

The present research look into the examination of the relationship between role stress with customer orientation and job performance of retail salespeople.The whole Programming & activities of a business meet the good result by up port of sales. Perfect salespeople have certain specifications whose role is reflected in his or her performance. The purpose of this paper is the examination of the relationship between role conflict and role ambiguity, that express role stress, with customer orientation and job performance. The Present study reports the result of an experiment that was designed to test a theory in role stress on salespeople of home furniture market. The main issue of research is that some factors are effective on role stress which can stimulate amount of customer orientation and job performance on salespeople and the question is that to what extent are they effective? The research method is survey and descriptive-causal which is collected by salespeople in Iran furniture market. The Sample size was considered 273 issues and among them 320 questionnaires has been distributed because of non-return and non-precision. The main variables of this research are including role conflict, role ambiguity, and customer orientation, selling orientation, job performance and job satisfaction. The research result is shown that there is a significant relationship between the role conflict and sellingorientation, customer orientation. There is a positive relationship between the role conflict and selling orientation and a negative relationship between the role conflict and customer orientation. The amount of job performance increase if customer orientation increases or selling orientation decreases. There is a direct relationship between job performance and job satisfaction. There is no significant relationship between the role conflict and job performance.
