چکیده :

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of applying EFQM in the Persian cutting industry performance in 1394 in an integrated model and empirical study of its theoretical basis. This research is based on the goal of the research is applied. In this study, questionnaires were used to collect the information and the reliability of the questionnaire through Cronbach's alpha was calculated and used questionnaires are »job satisfaction and organizational commitment (Moghimi) with reliability 0/766«,»Job dependence questionnaire (Thomas Ladahl and kejner) with reliability 0/846«,»organizational climate questionnaire (Salsmn and Deep) with reliability 0/960 « is. The population used in this study included a total of 105 employees in the Persian cutting industry. Questionnaires were distributed randomly among the group that finally 67 questionnaires were completed and the analysis was performed on 67 patients. The results showed that five factors »job satisfaction, organizational commitment, job attachment, job attitude, organizational climate« before and after using the EFQM is a significant difference. But the organizational climate by comparing the mean and standard deviation to the use of EFQM and then observed the average of the (61/16) before running to the amount (56/36) after the implementation of the standard deviation (11/63) before running to the (9/66) decreased after the implementation of this method therefore, the relationship is reversed.
