چکیده :

The purpose of this research is to explain the structural analysis of the effect of organizational climate on employee productivity, physical education through the mediation of organizational citizenship behavior in Tehran province. the method of present research in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of data gathering method was descriptive of type of correlation and especially structural equation modeling based on partial least squares approach with SmartPLS2 software. The statistical population of Tehran’s physical education employees to number of 850 people that number of 265 was chosen as samples by cluster sampling method. Measuring tools included the organizational Climate scale (OCQ), productivity of human resources and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Data analysis algorithm by using partial least squares, include: measuring models (Reliability, Cronbach's alpha, composite reliability, Convergent validity and divergent validity by Fornell Larker) and model structure fitting (significant of path coefficients and coefficient of determination, goodness of fit index) were used to evaluate hypotheses. The results showed that the organizational Climate has a significant effect between organizational citizenship behavior and employees’ productivity. OCB also has a significant effect on the productivity of employees. Finally, organizational citizenship behavior with mediating role has a significant effect on relationship of organizational Climate productivity. This study explained the importance of development of organizational citizenship behavior as an effective interface to enhance employees’ productivity of physical education.
