چکیده :

Abstract The main purposes of this study were to investigate the relationship between Individual’s stressor factors and job performance. The population of this study is middle managers of Haft Tapeh SugarCane Company. We determined the amount of the sample size with the used of Cochran sampling method which the statistical sample is 34 of these employees which have been selected through the simple random sampling method. To gathering of data, we used a questionnaire, the questionnaires reliability was 0.79. In order to analyze the data resulted from collected questionnaires deductive and descriptive statistical methods are used, and to display some statistical data we used column diagram and in deductive level to test the hypothesis of the research we used Pearson correlation coefficients and linear regression. Findings show that there is a negative relationship between role conflict, role ambiguity & volume overload of work, and middle managers’ job performance.
