Organizations in order to survive need to make they agile, create a knowledge management process, the acquisition of aggressive strategy in a competitive world, foster the creative and innovative, election of directors and a capable leader, have the ability to do teamwork and other competitive factors. Organizations that have these mentioned characteristics are known as forward-thinking organizations. In this article has been tried to introduce prospective organizations; organizations that guarantee their survival and growth through adaptation to variable environmental conditions. At the end, Shahid Rajaee Port Complex has been examined as an organization that seeks prestige of prospective organizations.
