چکیده :

Development of organizational learning capability prepares organizations to work in the real business world due to the management paradigm changing and increases their self- adjustment and self-adaption capabilities and enables the access of organizational efficiency metrics in order to survive in the competitive positions. The main purpose of this study is to define the relationship between use of management information systems and organizational learning in Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation. Statistic population of this research includes all managers and experts of Tehran Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation including 457 persons. 209 staffs were selected by Cochran formula and by using simple random sampling as statistic sample. The research methodology is descriptivesurvey. The researcher’s questionnaire was used to collect the data. In order to analyze the data, the descriptive statistical analysis (Tables, Frequency Distribution Charts, Average and Standard deviation) and the inferential statistical analysis (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, one sample T-test, Pearson correlation coefficient test and two-variable regression )were used. SPSS software was used to help. The finding of research show that there is a positive and significant relationship between management information systems and organizational learning in Tehran Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation and the use of management information systems predicts 49 percents of the changes in organizational learning.
