Contribution of Dates production in Urban Development Management, Jahrom , Iran

Dates are taken in to account as one of major exports items in Iran during recent years. Therefore,economizing production process can improve country exports power by desired utilization of production factors. In this study, management ofdatesproduction have been investigated in Jahrom city. In order to accomplish this study, other factor should be brought into discussion.The study examines the dates products financing policies, the role of technologyand the contribution of dates marketing in Jahrom, Fars Province,Iran,and studies the effects of dates production on Jahromdevelopment.The study found Markets, public priorities, and technology haschanged the environment. Agricultural financing policies are recommended to achieve its target of development. Jahromrequiresan adequate level of strategically targeted investment in agriculture, upgradedrural infrastructure,more productivity, and fighting corruption.Economizing suitable productions processescan improve exports using production inputs;so measuring factors influencing productivity is considered as on important approach in this study
