چکیده :

The ongoing study was conducted for investigation of the relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational commitment of education employees of Darrehshahr city. The theoretical framework of this study was produced based on topic coordination, selection and research hypotheses. The research method was resorted of descriptive kind and the data were collected via questionnaire. The statistical society of this trend involved all education employees of Darrehshahr city. They were consisted of 150 subjects who were selected randomly but based on Kokaran formula and interviewed. Nevertheless, the data were analyzed via SPSS software. The data revealed that there is a meaningful difference between emotional intelligence and organization commitment and these hypotheses were confirmed. Also, among of dimensions of emotional intelligence, the relations management has more influence on organizational commitment.
