چکیده :

Knowledge management, in the wisdom and knowledge-based era, has been in organizations' priority, and knowledge is considered as an organizational capital, and its management enjoys a growing importance. Industrial units including cement industry which are considered to be among each country's mother industries are not excluded from this, and should consider knowledge as an organizational capital, and indeed should regard the slogan 'knowledge mine, the most valuable mine in the cement industry cycle performance improvement ' as the agenda. However, if the basic infrastructures are not suitable for knowledge management, the result will not be anything but waste of human and financial resources. Therefore, it is necessary that organizations engage in evaluating their readiness in relations to these infrastructures and the current state of knowledge management in the organization before taking any action. This paper has been written with the aim of reviewing the state of knowledge management underlying factors including organizational culture, information technology and knowledge processes in Khash Cement Company as a way to measure the organization readiness for implementing knowledge management. In this regard 65 indices were compiled by referring to review of literature ad experts' confirmation as the major infrastructural indices of knowledge management in the form of a questionnaire, and readiness state of company in various dimensions has been described using descriptive and analytical methods (t-test) and some suggestions have been presented for its state improvement.
