چکیده :

Effectiveness is an important purpose of organizations, groups and people that depend upon different factors such as cultural intelligence which is taken into consideration in this study that is cultural intelligencehave any the impact on faculty members’ effectiveness at Islamic Azad University? The population of this study is Islamic Azad University in Ardabil province faculties that were 650. We determined the amount of the sample size with the used of Cochran sampling method which the statistical sample is 242 of Islamic Azad University faculty which have been selected through the simple random sampling method. To gathering of data, we used questionnaire. In order to analyze the data resulted from collected questionnaires deductive and descriptive statistical methods are used, and to display some statistical data we used column diagram and in deductive level to test the hypothesis of the research we used liner regression. Findings show that cultural intelligencehas impact on faculty members’ effectiveness at Islamic Azad University. And Meta-cognitive explains17.5,Cognitive explains36.1, Motivational explains16 and Behavioralexplains 20.2 percent of faculty members’ effectiveness. It means that cultural intelligence almost explains22.45 percent of faculty members’ effectiveness. So, with pay attention to this fact that only 22.45 percent of faculty members’ effectiveness is significantly explained by these four variables and 77.55% of the variation in effectiveness is still unexplained. So, Islamic Azad University management must study other factors that affect to faculty members’ effectiveness.
