To achieve success, each of organizations should use their special methods, tools and standards. The quality is a necessary requirement for survival in a competitive market. Without a systematic attitude, achieving quality is impossible (Javadi and Amani, 2009, 11). ISO standards are internalized to improve the quality of products and services in the world and due to a good approach in quality management system, monitoring and measurement of processes and product, continuous improvement, considering human resources and their education, work environment and infrastructures is also applied in Iran. Various organizations have been successful to implement this system and receive the certificate (Shenavayi, 2011, 10).
