Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the non- interventional classroom management styles of the teachers with the academic failure of students in the sixth grade elementary school in Boroujerd. The statistical population of this study include all teachers and students of the sixth grade who were studying on 2015-2016. The number of students in the in the sixth grade of Borujerd was 3679 and the number of teachers in this grade was 104. The sample size is calculated for the teachers 86 and for the students 351, then a profile questionnaire of class-management style was distributed among teachers. In order to measure academic failure, the grades of two mathematics and experimental sciences of students of each class were taken at the end of the questionnaire. The results of this study show that non-interventional classroom management styles have a significant relationship with the academic failure of sixth grade students and in its turn, it can be effective in increasing or decreasing academic failure Key words: academic failure, non-interventional management style, classroom
