چکیده :

Nowadays human resources are one of the most important inputs in business environments that play an effective role in agencies’ success. Thus, determining the effects of Information Technology on human resources efficiency is an important matter that due to the previously done studies, it has not been researched broadly. Therefore, in this article information technology effects on human resources efficiency is being evaluated by using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. At first, inputs and outputs of human resources which are created because of Information Technology or being affected by it are identified. Then, by using an appropriate model of Data Envelopment Analysis, the effects of Information Technology on human resources are being analyzed. At the end, this article locates the inputs and outputs which are having the most effects on efficiency. The results are useful guides for decision makers of agencies, that in order to achieve a better efficiency, to focus on the inputs and outputs that having the most effects to amplify efficiency.
