چکیده :

This paper presents an exploratory analysis of the relationship is between information technology and communication (ICT) and knowledge management. This relationship is not established at random, but theoretical and technical developments of ICT convergence is reached with management knowledge. Then, from knowledge of the spiral Nonaka and Takeuchi and identification of three major blocks management barriers knowledge is analyzed that technologies, in their own function features, support each conversion process knowledge and as such ICT can affect positively to reduce barriers to Management knowledge.
