In this paper, we introduce a new pair of t-norm/snorm, which are both differentiable. The two norms
have the property that they satisfy De Morgan laws of
complementing the intersection or union of sets, when
t-norm and s-norm are considered respectively as
fuzzy intersection and union operators. The Proposed
norms are then applied to a function approximation
problem, which is accomplished using a neuro-based
approach to fuzzy relational equations
