Guidelines for management of mental coastal zone pollution: case study: chabahar coastal zone

In view of the sensitivity and brittleness of coasts against erosion and pollutions, coast zone managing requires a new efficient and integrated coastal zone managerial system (ICZM), in order to establish tourism sustained development in such areas. Coast line management (CM), which shoreline management plan (SMP) would be its pre-requisite, is placed at the head of this new managerial system. At Chabahar coastal zone, because of the population and tourism increasing and extension of ports and wharfs, increase of fishing activities, increase of marine and coastal pollutions due to float planes traffic in the sea, lack of awareness of coastal organizations in respect of the existing bio processes and relationships at the coast and the sea, and also, execution of the projects which do not much follow the environmental standards have confronted the natural reaction of these relationships with some difficulties. This situation in a long period of time will accelerate the coast erosion and annihilation of different species of aquatics in the coastal line. the future guidelines and compilation of environmental management development strategies at Chabahar coastal zone have been reviewed in this article.
