Identification of faulty behavior risk (FBR) in grape seed oil manufacturer company using TOPSIS

Security systems jobs is related to different factors and has got dynamic and stable structures. There is also some relations and interconnections among effective factors of security of systems. Then it's necessary to analyses the safety system with complete dimensions and holistically. Faulty behaviors can cause results as the negative effect in functionality and operational system productivity system safety, continuous production and job resource health. In this study, the faulty behavior risk (FBR) that has importance in safety of system investigated. In this paper TOPSIS method has been used for applying experts qualitative and quantitative comments. In this research, a grape seed oil manufacturer company in Iran has been studied. Grape seed oil is a great source of polyphenols - flavonoids, Essential Fatty Acid - linoleic acid, vitamin E, and oligomeric proanthocyanidin. These great components make grape seed oil an asset in the treatment of many minor to severe health conditions. It has also been used in the production of massage oils and balms, hair and hygienic products, face and body moisturizers, as well as in sunblocks and sunburn ointments. At first factors and sub-factors presents, then subsequent calculation done. Finally, FBR is calculated by using the global sub-factor weights and linguistic values. We can use the result of this research in planning and deciding for decreasing risk and elevating safety and use for increase of productivity.
