The Impact of the Social-Democrats of the South Caucasus on the Constitutionalist Actions of Gilani

The geopolitics of Gilan has enjoyed a special status in Iran's contemporary political history, due to its proximity to Tehran, Tabriz and important centers of freedom of the South Caucasus. New and liberal ideas emerged during the Constitutional Revolution, after passing through Russia to the Caucasus and from there to the Caucasus, and the Caucasian enlightened ones, some of which were of Iranian origin, or Iranian immigrants who were in different factories and companies Petroleum and industrial enterprises of Baku, Tbilisi, Yerevan and ... They sent it to a special form that the Iranians could readily receive it and send it to Iran from the two naval and dirt roads of Gilan and the dirt road of Azerbaijan. For this reason, the people of Gilan and Azerbaijan were the first point in Iran that even became aware of political issues even before the capital. That is why Gilan has a special place in the constitutional revolution. Nor should one ignore the great role of Social-Democratic thought that has come from the thought of Caucasian thinkers into the masses of the pen and constitutional Gilan. This research has examined the influence of the ideas of the social-democrats of the South Caucasus, including on the thoughts of the constitutionalists of Gilani. The method of collecting the materials based on library studies and research method has been descriptive-analytical.
