IDENTIFYING AND RANKING EFFECTIVE INDICATORS OF CRISIS MANAGEMENT IN PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY

The main goal of this paper is to identify and rank the effective indicators of crisis management in petrochemical industry. To do so, first the indicators of crisis management were identified and then a questionnaire with 96 items was designed and it was filled by 60 managers and experts familiar with crisis management of petrochemical industry of Shazand. The data was analyzed by factor analysis technique and Freedman test and SPSS software. The results of factor analysis could extract 2 factors for post-prevention and 8 factors for post-preparation. 4 factors for reaction and 11 factors for post-reaction have been extracted.
