چکیده :

Job burnout, without job stress consequences is one of the common difficulties among professionals working in supporting jobs like nursing; and has negative influence on caring of patient, mental and physical health of nurse and cause treatment and personnel cost. this study aimed at examining the relationship between hardiness and job burnout of nurses of Oshnavieh and Bookan cities.this research is a correlative research. Statistical population were all nurses of Oshnavieh and Bookan cities which 110 nurse (69 women and 41 man) selected by accessible sampling. They were aged between (23 to 50 years) old and the average of sample age was (30.45 years). Tow questionnaires were used, a: hardiness questionnaire of Kubasa, Maddi and Cohen which has 20items and b: job burnout questionnaire of Goldard which has 40 items. Pearson correlation coefficient and regression were used for examining the relationship between variables and T-test for examining the differences between variables, Chronach; Alpha for validity of tools.
