چکیده :

In the present paper, we attempted to study the effect of spiritual leadership components on organizational citizenship behavior in governmental organizations in the Guilan province. The target population of this study was consisted of experts in governmental organizations at the general administration level in Rasht metropolis. Accordingly, 10 organizations were selected with the highest number of presenters which were divided into these 4 groups. To this end, Governor of Guilan, General Post Office, Civil Registry Organization, the General Office for Registration of Deeds and Properties (servicing); Gas Company (infrastructure), Office of Health Insurance, University of Guilan, Ministry of justice(cultural / social); Office tax Affairs, and Melli Bank (economic Affairs) were selected. According to statistics obtained f rom the human resources offices and the evolution office governor, the number of experts in the organizations was 1724. The findings of the study confirmed the causal relationship between spiritual leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. The findings of the present study showed that the conceptual model of the study has an excellent goodness of fit, and confirmation of the research hypotheses which were determined based on the models of the study, indicated that the model has a proper validity.
