In this article one type of precise full-wave rectifier using one type of double-ended Fully-Differential circuit is presented. In the structure of this rectifier, contact diode (connected drain to the gate) is used as a ideal diode. The objective of this proposed design is decreasing minimum input voltage as much as possible. Simulation of this circuit is done by using Hspice software in 0.18um CMOS technology.
