چکیده :

Abstract There are several ways to increase productivity that these strategies will vary depending on the organization condition. The most important factor driving in this direction is entrepreneurship and training of human resources and employees. This study examines the relationship between skill training and entrepreneurship training effect on increasing the efficiency, effectiveness, increasing feedback and the organizational performance. Productivity can be seen as a combination of efficiency and effectiveness. Efficiency means doing things as good and proper and effectiveness means of doing a good and desirable job. Improving efficiency does not guarantee enhancing productivity alone. People often think that they will be more productive if efficiency improves. Efficiency is a necessary condition for productivity. If we consider education as a synonym of investment in human resources, direct and positive relationship between economic development and employing expertise of human resources as one of the most prominent productive factor will be confirmed. Accordingly, the investment of human resources leads to increasing productivity of production factors, including workforce and capital due to the interaction between these two. For this, descriptive and inferential statistics are used. Descriptive statistics that describe the data, utilizes the index of central tendency and distribution parameters to describe the collected data. Inferential statistic test research hypotheses. Tests such as chi-square test, t- test Regression, ANOVA and Spearman tests are used in this context as well. The research method is descriptive - analytical. Data were collected through questionnaires including Likert questionnaire in "workforce productivity", with a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.78, and for assessing of attitude in order to evaluate the effect of education and training for entrepreneurship on testifying productivity of Vocational and technical education centers employees on each of the dependent variable, The Rating Scale of 1 to 5, were underprivileged. Besides questionnaires of skill training (Likert) and entrepreneurship (Marguerite Hill) were applied. The Cronbach alpha was found to be in order 0.83, 0.776. The results demonstrate that there is a significant relationship between the impact of skill training and entrepreneurship on increasing the efficiency of the organization. So, it can be concluded that entrepreneurship and skill training influence the efficiency growth of the organization. Besides there is a significant relationship between entrepreneurship and skill training on increasing the effectiveness of the organization. The results show that there is a linear relationship between these two components. Thus, entrepreneurship and skills training have influence on the effectiveness of organization. There is a direct relationship between the impact of skill training and entrepreneurship on the effectiveness of the organization. There is a significant relationship between impact of entrepreneurship and skill training on increasing the organization returns. Hence, entrepreneurship and skill training have a great effect on organization returns. There is a significant and linear relationship between entrepreneurship impact and skill training on organizational performance.in the current research 100 employees of technical and vocational training centers is taken part. By completing a questionnaire prepared by the researcher, the impact of skill training and entrepreneurship on increasing staff productivity of vocational training centers on determined variables is investigated.
