In this paper, we explored the role of strategic managers of educational institutions such as universities and schools in Formation of Collaborative activities .Paper showing the importance of participative management strategy. Collaborative activities in the educational organizations like the driving force that moves automatically and without interruption the strategic planning for the effectiveness in the educational organizations. It also emphasize to executing the strategy that will provide for the educational effectiveness in the learning organizations. It takes place by the actual and active participation who are engaged by enabling managers in decision-making. Here we are discussing about the key concepts of strategy, human resources strategic management objectives, human resources strategic planning in educational organizations, implementing of strategies and barriers of strategy implementation and ways to solve this problem is been presented. This paper is a descriptive – analytical. Studies have been carried out in the library. Administrators in educational organizations with creative ideas will be able to create an atmosphere of partnership and integration to create blue oceans to provide more effective and valuable services and will gain significant competitive advantage that makes them unique.
