چکیده :

The rapid development of economic globalization nowadays has increasingly constricted the conditions for the growth of industries in developing countries. Among tools for economic development in oil-producing countries like Iran with a single-product economy dependent on oil exports , a rapid move towards diversification and increasing the ability of non-oil exports is recommended.. This becomes possible only by conducting a comprehensive survey on effective factors on non-oil export. The importance of lubricants in the industry is undeniable. Today, the lubricant industry has become an important part of the development of the car industry and its related industries. In addition, with the emergence of new technologies like Consumption optimization and renewable resource conservation and environmental requirements compliance, the study of lubricants has found a special place in science .Thus the purpose of this article is to analyze the export management in these areas, and environmental factors influencing its exports over the last 6 years (2009 - 2014). Research Methodology is based on library and field research in the area of oil and gas macro management as well as expert opinions and interviews with officials from the related ministries. The results found that the two major products - light oil products and other products such as base oil with a share of 26% and gasoline with a share of 22% have the biggest share of Iran’s exports in lubricants. Also at the end of the study, the environmental factors influencing the lubricants is presented based on the PESTEL model and some practical recommendations for the field are offered.
