چکیده :

Knowledge in the modern’s organizations is considered as one of the important factors in the success of organizations. Therefore, the existing knowledge management in organizations is particularlyimportant. In this regard, the related issues with the knowledge management and its proper use in organizations have raised many questions in the minds of the scholars in this field. Since one of the most important factors in the success of the knowledge management is the existence of an appropriate and consistent organizational structure with the knowledge management, the issue of the consistent organization structure with the knowledge management that can cover business strategies and knowledge management at the same time is veryimportant.Knowledge management strategies in the organizationrequire different organizational structures due to its focus on innovation and efficiency in the organization. In general, two types of knowledge management strategies are considered in organizations;the strategy of codification and personalization strategy. The codificationknowledge strategy with the object of increasing efficiency in the organization and focusing on processes as well asa personalization strategy with the object of theinnovation and focusing on individuals requires their own particular organizational structures to able effect adequatelyin an organization.The important items will bediscussedin the study,such as knowledge management cycle, knowledge management system components, knowledge management system(KMS), knowledge management models, implementation of knowledge management in an organization, knowledge creation,the role of knowledge management in organizational strategic research, prerequisiteapproaches for implementation of knowledge management, dynamic markets of the knowledge andthe importance and position of consultants in implementing the knowledge management in the future. The used research methodology ofthe study is theDescriptive method and the collecting toolis the library studies and note taking. To study the practical sample, the information is collected by the researcher with distribution of questionnaires among the staff of Kahak wind power plant in the Qazvin province (IRAN).Finally, the result of the studies indicated that the knowledge management application in organizations will lead to some consequences such as saving and efficiency, creating new opportunities, changing and innovating, better use of manpower, velocity of processes, and continuum for organizations and also the organization have to act intelligentlyand they find the value of knowledge to achieve their goals.Considering the role of staff as the key factors to improve the level of productivity of industrial organizations, the need of using the knowledge management and its impact on the management can help greatly on the professional behavior of the organizations in organizing and increasing productivity.The study aims to find a way to improve the level of industries’ productivity, as well as the influence of the knowledge management has been investigatedon the productivity of the renewable energy industries, among the employees of the Kahakpower plant (wind farm) as an industrial organization.With the assumption that the knowledge management has a significant effect on organizational productivity, as a result,in terms of the goal, this part of the research is practicable and in terms of collecting data isdescriptive-survey. The simple random sample method is used in this research. The data collecting tool was theResearcher-Made questionnaire withthe inspiration of the questionnaire-spritzer-and-Mishra questionnaire and the multivariate regression was usedto examine the assumptions of theresearch. The results of regression analysis showed that the coefficient of variance explained rateand the dependent variable variationsby independent variables is 598% that indicates the independent variables have been able to explain a large rate of the variance dependent variable of the, and vice versa the three independent variables of the research can predict 59% of the dependent variable variations, andthe SPSS software used in this research. It is anticipated that KM helps organizations to find,select, organize and publish the important information. Given the fact that the only way to the organizations survive is to adapt to changes, it is recommended that organizations consider morethe staff’s ideas, opinions and suggestions thattheir basis is to increase their knowledge in terms of creativity and innovation. An appropriate feedback is to be made for each effort and activity with any kind of outcomes.A mutual trust atmosphere and effective interaction should be expandedbetween all levels of the organization andall employees can use the benefits of the KM
